She has a vast and diverse teaching experience spanning over a period of nearly two decades. Prior to her academic Carrier she has worked for MNC bank. She has perused her M.Com from Kuvempu University Karnataka, M.Phil. From Sri Venkateshwara University Tirupati Andhrapradesh, presently perusing her PhD from Bharathiar University Coimbatore Tamilnadu, on the topic of “An analytical study on impact of credit risk management on performance of select public sector banks in India. She has the honour of occupying many important positions in Bangalore University and Bangalore central university. Worked as Assistant custodian in BU and presently working as Board of examiner’s in BCU, worked as paper setter for both BU and BCU. She has published research papers in various UGC approved journals having high impact factor and presented many research papers in national conferences major research interest is Banking and finance. 

         She is known for her programme execution and   executed various programmes and conferences at college and university. Instrumental in conducting cultural and commerce festivals, seminars and workshops at college. She is an active member of Spandhana women’s wing and eco-club, member of various committees at the college and organised many Programmes. Effectively guiding the students and motivating them towards excellent academic and overall personality development.
